Swim Spa Questions, Answered
Can you actually swim in a swim spa?
Yes. The X500 and X2000 use an adjustable SwimCross® current that lets you swim in place without turning at the end of a lane. You can also use the space for water exercise or family fun.
What’s the difference between the X500 and X2000?
The X500 is a 15-foot swim spa with swimming space and hydromassage seating in one water zone. The 20-foot X2000 has separate swim and hot tub sections, each with its own temperature control.
Can a swim spa be used year-round?
Yes. Both X-Series models are designed for use across seasons. Your preferred water temperature will depend on the weather and whether you’re planning to swim, exercise, or relax.
Can a swim spa be built into a deck?
A swim spa can often be incorporated into a deck or partially recessed. The right design depends on your site, including the foundation, delivery access, drainage, electrical service, and room for maintenance.
What should I consider before choosing a model?
